Learn to play the saxophone!
I’m a professional jazz saxophonist and music educator. I’ve been teaching the saxophone for over 7 years, to many different levels and ages. My youngest student was 9, the oldest 64. I’m confident teaching 1 – 1 or groups, in person or online. I tend to use the same approach with my students, but I’m open to suggestions and happy to tailor my lessons to the student’s needs.
Confident in different styles, jazz / classical / funk and blues, I’m sure I can help you develop your skills. I have a central London teaching space (between Oxford Circus and Bond street) but happy to travel to student’s homes within a reasonable distance. I’m leading my own jazz quartet, and I’m also a freelance saxophonist on the London jazz scene. I’ve been working internationally in Italy, and Hungary. Currently, I’m a teacher at the London Saxophone School since 2016.
